Robert P. Bozzone is the former Chairman of Allegheny Technologies, Incorporated. Mr. Bozzone was President and Chief Operating Officer of Allegheny Ludlum Corporation from 1985 until he became President and CEO in May 1990. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Allegheny Ludlum.

Mr. Bozzone began his career at Allegheny Ludlum as a Metallurgist in 1955. He served as Supervising Metallurgist for Special Metals at the Leechburg Works, as Assistant to the Works Manager of West Leechburg Works of Allegheny Ludlum Steel and as Director, Production Control-Customer Service.

A graduate of Rensselaer Polyechnic Institute, Mr. Bozzone is a member of the Board of Trustees of RPI, a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board and a former Chairman of the Board of the Greater Pittsburgh Council, B.S.A. He is former Chairman of the Pittsburgh Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and serves as a Director of DQE (Duquesne Light Company). He is also a former member of the Advisory Board of the Electric Power Research Institute.
