Teledyne Technologies Holds Global Aviation Initiatives Users Conference

LOS ANGELES - March 25, 2003 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY - News) held its 13th annual global aviation users conference from March 11-14, 2003, at its Teledyne Controls facility in Los Angeles, California. Despite very challenging economic conditions in the commercial aviation industry, this global avionics forum drew approximately 108 participants from more than 55 companies within the international aviation community.

Representatives from airlines, aircraft OEMs, regulatory agencies and associated companies discussed a broad range of topics including Controller Pilot Data Link Communications and Flight Operational Quality Assurance initiatives, as well as the latest data acquisition, datalink and airborne telephony activities affecting the airlines and the business aviation industry.
